The individual will work alongside the EMEIA CCaSS leadership team.
Responsibilities
-Develop strategic offers for industry leaders in relation to low carbon transformation;
-Deliver valuable insights to clients on change management, product design, marketing;
-Coordinate business development related to the above in the EMEIA region for various clients/industry sectors together with the EY network of experts;
-Build alignment for strategies, drive change, and manage/monitor execution as appropriate;
-Implement Go-to-Market priorities and achievement of EMEIA revenues targets
Experience required
-Senior professional with previous experience with Strategy and Management Consulting firm (McKinsey & Company, Rolland Berger, ATKearney, BCG or equivalent);
-Experience serving as advisor for high-performing industry leaders;
-Strong strategic and analytical capabilities as well as the capacity to foster new ways of thinking and develop new approaches that can be applied to a variety of client/industry challenges;
-Experience working with an international network of practitioners;
-Good level of awareness regarding the concept of sustainable development;
-Demonstrated ability to facilitate/lead cross-functional project teams;
-Ability to interact with and influence senior executives;
-Experience working with an international network of practitioners;
-Fluency in English is required and proficiency in German and French desirable.
