With this recruiter the Director of Performance is a key member of the Sustainability and CSR office in North America, both in measuring and reporting on its efforts and our potential to contribute to the sustainability goals of our clients, and also in identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop and manage a system for measuring and reporting on the company's Key Performance Indicators for its Better Tomorrow Plan for sustainable development in the areas of environment, nutritional health and wellness and, community and overall performance including the performance of its supplier network, its efforts at client sites, and overall efforts.
- Lead the overall data gathering and analysis for its reporting activities in North America, reporting to clients, and evaluation of sustainability potential in sales and proposal development and implements the roadmap for improving the company's sustainable development and corporate citizenship reporting practices.
- Work with the Sustainability and CSR office and other divisions and departments, Group staff, and the supplier community to identify areas to improve performance and to identify the most effective practices to be extended to other regions and business sectors.
- Represent the company at a variety of client and stakeholder meetings.
Candidates will need:
- Basic Education Requirement: Degree
- Basic Management / Supervisory Experience: Proven management experience
- Functional Experience: Extensive and detailed experience in environmental reporting, management information, measurement or evaluation and training.
