Dalen is a fast-paced new company with well-known clients in the built environment/ sustainability space. The Dalen Middle East office is currently being set-up in Doha, Qatar in order to broaden our client base in the Middle East with the services that Dalen offers.

Roles:

Carbon/Energy accounting and management
Project management - sustainability
Energy audits and implementation of solutions
LEED, QSAS and ESTIDAMA certification of buildings
Producing and presenting proposals

The ideal candidate:

Essential:

The candidate should:

Have had training/experience in building certification/energy audits/sustainability
Be practical with hands-on experience in project management
Be happy to travel widely and to live abroad for extended periods
Have a ‘can do’ attitude
Show a great deal of initiative and flexibility
Be personable and able to present confidently
Be extremely well organised
Be a competent manager of people and resources
Be highly computer-literate – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience essential

Desirable:

Background/training in LEED, QSAS, ESTIDAMA
Practical experience of carbon management software
Practical experience of energy-modelling software
