Our company is growing and the demand from leading businesses for our expertise in sustainable design, renewable energy and business strategy means we are recruiting for a number of consultants for our busy office in Kings Langley. The roles would be ideally suited to consultants with relevant experience and are an opportunity for an M&E engineer seeking a career change. There is also flexibility to work across the business.

 Sustainability Consultant 

We are seeking a consultant with a technical consultancy background to provide building project and programme development advice, work with project managers to achieve high end sustainability and BREEAM ratings, including:

• Concept design advice
• Soft Landings support
• BREEAM certification
• BREEAM Excellent and Outstanding ratings

You must have demonstrable communication and analytical skills so as to manage client expectations and communicate effectively with design teams, particularly in terms of successful delivery at an exemplary level of quality. You will be responsible for your own projects and therefore must be able to provide important project/business related input and prioritise both internal and external demands.

It would be advantageous if you have experience of a range of BREEAM building types and are self motivated and personally affable.
