We are currently seeking a Sustainability Building Engineer for our Energy and Resources group in our Washington, DC office. ICF’s Energy & Resources practice offers results and solutions to a broad range of clients in the energy industry in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. We have advised both private and public sector clients in all facets of the energy industry for more than 30 years.
ICF International provides a portfolio of strategy, analysis, advisory services, and implementation tools to clients in the energy sector. This individual will be responsible for supporting innovative building-related energy efficiency programs.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS in engineering, architecture, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience
- Experience managing Class A property
- Familiar with energy performance analysis and tracking
- Implementation of technology and operational performance improvement approaches
- “Green” building practices
Additional qualifications
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to sell property management engagements a plus
