Salary circa £24,000 - £27,000 (FTE) (depending on experience) + excellent benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within Triodos Investment Management's international research function. This fixed term role is Bristol based and part time. Ideally this role would suit a person that would like to work three to four days per week.
Reporting to the International Head of Sustainability Research in the Netherlands, you will work primarily on SRI research for the Triodos Bank Sustainable Investment Funds. You will be responsible for assessing companies from across several sectors according to our sustainability criteria. You will also contribute to the ongoing review and development of the criteria.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting sector studies, in order to assess the sustainability performance of companies within a particular industry
- Researching the sustainability of individual companies
- Monitoring developments in sustainability criteria
- Maintaining dialogue with companies and experts on specific sustainability topics
- To increase understanding of research methodology and criteria within the UK branch
- Contributing to thought leadership of Triodos Bank.
We are looking for someone that has:
- Experience of corporate social responsibility and/or socially responsible investment
- Experience of research analysis/evidence of analytical skills
- An ability to summarise and communicate complex material both verbally and in writing
- An ability to work independently whilst building relationships with international team members
