Description

BirdLife Australia is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Supporter Services team.  You will be working with a small team which serves BirdLife Australia’s supporters, members and donors. You will be responsible for answering queries from supporters with good humour and discretion, processing and receipting transactions, assisting BirdLife Australia’s local voluntary groups to stay in touch with their local supporters, and making sure we keep supporter information up to date and safe and secure. You will also  be directly supporting the work of our fundraising, communications and engagement teams.   

The successful candidate will have excellent customer services skills and telephone manner, a ‘can do’ approach and an interest in working with data.

Terms & conditions

Remuneration circa $34,000 including superannuation ($48,000 fulltime equivalent)

This is a part time position  for 3.5 days a week , which may be worked as a combination of 3 days and 4 four days or 3.5 days each week  during a fortnight.
