The Supporter Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of the supporter service team, management of the supporter service volunteers, and assisting the Phone Manager of the out-bound and inbound tele-fundraising programs. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement Greenpeace supporter relationship strategy;
  • Integrate supporter relationship work and Greenpeace campaigns;
  • Create and execute inspiring supporter fundraising strategies;
  • Provide regular training and development to supporter services clerks to provide high-quality communication to Greenpeace supporters and the public on both the internal hotline and through e-mail;
  • Manage supporter retention team and prepare annual plans;
  • Maintain accurate reporting and analysis functions and control the expenditure in supporter relationship programs;
  • Ensure internal policy and procedures are observed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder; Minimum 4 years in customer services management, or marketing /PR or NGO experience in fundraising; 
  • Experience in setting and reporting on financial budgets;
  • Excellent communication skills on both one-on-one and in small groups, both written and oral; 
  • Experience in telemarketing preferred
  • Independent, self-starter, able to work under pressure;
  • Good demand of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent mandarin is definitely an advantage;
