Supporter Care Senior Coordinator

You could be the first point of contact for our supporters so you’ll need to be a customer focused professional who understands the importance of being able to provide a high quality service by email and phone.

To provide the best possible service you’ll need to have excellent verbal and written skills to manage sometimes complex enquiries as well as the ability to develop important relationships with valued supporters.

You’ll be an excellent communicator with proven, significant experience in customer care, good IT skills and a typing speed of at least 40wpm. You’ll have the ability to transfer and share knowledge with colleagues and an interest in WWF’s work.
