Supporter Care Manager

Managing the Supporter Care (Response) Team, you’ll work closely with the team to identify ways of improving our supporters’ experiences and help to build relationships between supporters and the organisation.

You must have outstanding experience of managing staff in a customer service environment and a strong awareness of quality management issues and working to set targets. You’re a superb communicator with a “hands on” management approach – using your initiative to proactively solve problems, and must have experience of coaching and mentoring others.
