Responsible for the supervision, development and implementation of Outreach Education Programs at TRCA. An attention to detail and the ability to work independently to grow and nurture efficient and effective staff teams. Find practical solutions to problems and raise concerns before they become issues. Understand the strategic goals of the organization and assist staff to understand those directions and develop related programs. Working evenings and occasional weekends are a requirement of this position. NOTE: Hiring at TRCA is contingent to the clearance of the Vulnerable Sector Screening. Candidates will be asked for a screening only where they have been selected as the leading candidate. |
