Student Placements 2015/16

Durrell is delighted to be able to offer a number of work experience placements which will give you a unique understanding of working for an international conservation organisation.

There is the chance to develop your skills across a variety of departments at Durrell; these include the animal, education, landscape, lab and veterinary, maintenance and marketing departments.

There is also the opportunity to complete research projects and dissertations during your placement. 

A placement at Durrell will provide valuable experience to add to your CV showing future employers that you are committed to a career in the conservation sector.

We will be taking applications for:

·      Summer placements – Flexible starting 1st June 2015 to September 2015.

·      Year placements – Flexible starting 1st September 2015 to August 2016.

Closing date for applications will be 1st January 2015, and successful candidates will be notified by end of January 2015. If you are selected for interview we will arrange to contact you via Skype.
