Strategy and Development Manager – Environmental – UK based

In this role you will be expected to strengthen existing client relationships and develop and expand upon growth areas within the company. This role will have a strong proposals and business development focus. Projects will include both short term and long term, regional and national and across all industry services from compliance, environmental, resource efficiency and sustainability for a wide variety of sectors including manufacturing, oil and gas and utility.

This is an excellent opportunity offering scope and potential for the right candidate. You will be involved with strategic commercial planning, as well as identifying and developing new product offerings. Project management, technical input and mentoring junior staff are also aspects of this position.

Previous experience in project management, client management, and business development is expected, ideally obtained from a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment. You will have technical expertise in the above and committed to achieving high standards in all aspects of your work. With strong mentoring, negotiation and communication skills you will also possess a natural ability to inspire teamwork and productivity in others.
