Full-time position to monitor and coordinate land stewardship/ management work of conservation properties and conduct related outreach to maximize Indian River Land Trust's good will in the community. Works with Director of Land Protection and other professional staff, primarily in the area of conservation property maintenance and management with some work on conservation area events and activities. Will monitor and promote conserved lands, develop and implement land management plans, coordinate and supervise volunteers, vendors and contractors, and manage stewardship records. 

Qualifications: College degree in natural resources/ related field, experience in conservation land management desirable, ability to work with diverse partners/ constituents, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to perform physical tasks.
