We are currently seeking individuals with broad knowledge of statistics to contribute to the development of our indices and maps. Assignments may include:
- The identification of suitable indicators to quantify economic, environmental, political and social risks
- The development of indices and models to measure and predict risk using robust methodologies
- The analysis of quantitative and qualitative data including from electronic survey tools, audit findings
Applicants should have a masters degree or PhD in relevant subject and at least 2-3 years’ relevant practical experience in risk consulting, research institutions and similar.
Candidates should also have advanced IT skills and demonstrable proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite as well as relevant statistics packages e.g. SPSS, SAS etc. Knowledge of qualitative data analysis techniques and software.
The position will require an ability to manage time effectively and work under time pressure. Applicants should be innovative and creative, with strong interpersonal communication skills, and comfortable working in an interdisciplinary, multi-cultural team with formal peer review.
