Staff-Level Environmental Professional (Houston)

EarthCon Consultants, Inc. (EarthCon), a national environmental consulting firm, is seeking a staff-level Environmental Professional for a position in our Houston area office.

Minimum requirements for the position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years in environmental consulting
• Field experience in site investigations, remediation and environmental compliance
• Knowledge of  environmental regulations and programs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrable record of high achievement and leadership
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Passionate about delivering  the highest quality service and creating value for clients

Specific duties will include:

• Performing or overseeing project-related field activities
• Data evaluation, analysis, interpretation and report preparation
• Preparing or assisting in preparation of work scopes, proposals, reports and  project deliverables 
•  Project coordination
• Task management
• Other duties associated with site investigations, remediation and environmental compliance
