SRI Sustainability Consultant

A global built environment consultancy is searching for an experienced SRI consultant, to work within the property sector. This position involves client side facing responsibilities, working with investors to advise upon SRI. Within the sector, your activities will include carbon management and renewables trends.

As well as working with clients at board level, you will work with the SRI analysis team, examining corporate ESG (environmental, social, governance) strategies. We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills, who has the ability to work in both a technical and sales focused environment. 

The candidate will:

·          Produce SRI solutions and insight to the client’s investment portfolio

·          Evaluate the ESG (environmental, social, governance) strategies of property construction & investment companies

·          Interact with the analysis team the financial impact of ESG criteria on investment value

·          Translate analysis on sustainability methodology to the client, in business orientated terms

Candidates are required to have a good understanding of the financial markets
