-Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for renewable power & energy efficiency. -Ensures project construction quality is consistent with design specifications. -Meets established project construction timelines. -Monitors projects. -Ensures compliance with regulatory and company standards. -Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates. -Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. -Ensures business needs are being met.
Note: Extensive travel required including overnights. Position will be initially based in Bentonville, AR will possible relocation at a later time.
-6-7 years experience in project management. -Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field OR 10 years experience in engineering or similar field.
-Real Estate/Construction project management experience. -Knowledge of renewable power systems.
