We are seeking an Sr. Environmental Project Leader for our An Hui, China office. This position will be an integral member of the team and participate in the growth and expansion of the Environmental Services practice across China. Responsibilities will include:  
  • Manage projects related to land development environmental assessments.
  • Establish/ Maintain/ Grow Business through direct Business Development activities.
  • Conduct environmental evaluations - Phase I, Phase II according to ASTM.
  • Interact with other technical services sectors to provide comprehensive, full-service land development consulting services to our clients.
  • Follow Project Management quality manual and standards.
  • Direct activities of staff on a daily basis in the coordination of projects and their completion.
  • Write technical reports and interact with clients to manage all of their needs.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff members and work with them on developing their skills.
 Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience providing Environmental Services in the China market resulting in contacts, relationships and working knowledge of the region.
  • BS in Environmental Engineering/Science, Geology or related field.
  • MS, MBA are a plus.
  • Either a PE, or PG certification is desired.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and leadership abilities.
