Primary Purpose Of The Job: To forecasts trends relating to energy markets in particular oil, gas, renewable, to develop sound energy demands forecasts, review energy policies/recommendations, develop regulations for energy management and demand constraints, analyze commercially available energy generation technologies and the application thereof of the State. Develop HSE energy use regulations that reduce carbon footprint of the petroleum industry. To develop energy technology costing and analysis and make due recommendations. To analyze latest research and development energy projects and recommends suitability of implementation within the energy sector. To input into HSE procedure development, to input into environment impact assessments. To develop energy policies in line with climate change obligations. Education: Degree in Engineering or similar.
