Bird Studies Canada (BSC) – Ontario Region is seeking to hire 2 motivated and experienced field biologists to survey for forest songbirds at risk in southwestern Ontario. Target species include: Acadian Flycatcher, Cerulean Warbler, Louisiana Waterthrush and Prothonotary Warbler. Positions are anticipated to be 3 to 4 months in duration, beginning May 2, 2016, based out of BSC’s headquarters in Port Rowan, Ontario, although field work will require travel around southwestern ON. SALARY: $2,300 – $2,500 (CDN) per month, plus legal benefits and accommodations (tent-camping or bunkhouse).
