Solar (PV) Business Development Manager, Czech Republic

Solar (PV) business development manager is required in the Czech Republic on a permanent basis.

My client is a large solar PV module manufacturer.  They are currently developing large rooftop projects across Europe. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an accomplished yet ever growing company in a leading capacity within the organization.

CORE CRIETRIA

My client is looking for an experienced project manager with substantial business development experience to lead their operations in the Czech Republic. Experience gained with Solar PV modules is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationship with local solar project developers, project integrators and installers
• Indentify potential projects by analyzing project feasibility and economics
• Conduct extensive project due diligence with the aid of a talented team
• Manage all document preparation processes required for project execution and to meet bank or investor’s requirements
• Oversee all commercial negotiations and contract signing
• Develop strong and profitable relationships with local investment institutes and banks to support project financing

Requirements:

• Degree in business, financing, renewable energy or related fields
• 5+ years experience in project development (specifically renewable energy and more generally financed projects by external investors)
• Understanding of Czech and European solar policies, incentives and market
• Ambition and determination to succeed in a growing market
• Business development experience within the solar PV space
• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
