Solar Electrician

Based in Connecticut, Massachusetts or New Jersey and reporting directly to the Project Superintendent, the Solar Electrician will focus on performing the electrical elements of solar installations. Solar Electricians work alongside non-electrical installers throughout all phases of construction and will see the project through to utility interconnection and commissioning.

Qualifications:

• Electrical License required.
• Experience working with a variety of solar equipment and a proven track record of high-performance installations required.
• Ability to deal with construction team dynamics, execute construction according to plan and work as needed to meet project deadlines required.
• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in renewable energy power plant construction preferable.
• Exposure to renewable energy issues and economics preferred.
• Familiarity with market costs for construction materials and procurement experience preferred.
