Marine Megafauna Foundation The Marine Megafauna Foundation (MMF) was formed to research, protect and conserve large populations of marine megafauna in developing nations across the world. Our primary objective is to develop enduring conservation solutions from pioneering research. In addition to championing their protection globally, our teams focus on safeguarding specific populations of these threatened giants. Working closely with both government and local communities we strive to promote local conservation action to enact effective protection based on sound ecological information and encourage sustainable eco-tourism industries for the benefit of local communities. General Job DescriptionThe Social Media & Content Officer is an employee of Marine Megafauna Foundation Global and reports directly to the Development Team Manager. They are responsible for developing and distributing content and collateral that presents the organization in a professional and engaging manner. They will engage with MMF supporters via owned channels and manage relations with external audiences to convey required organizational message.
Responsibilities include:Content Production
Social Media / Communication Ensuring the outward image of the organisation is of the highest quality, where supporters are well informed and up to date with what the organisation is achieving. Specifically,

Key Skills:
This is a volunteer position, where US$30 per day will cover your food and accommodation based at Casa Barry Lodge in Tofo, Mozambique. You will receive two dives per month* and additional diving at a discounted rate.
