Infrastructure Operations
Our Infrastructure Operations service line enhances the internal operations of our clients by improving their capability to serve both their internal and external customers.   This group provides advisory services in six distinct but complementary areas;  Outsourcing Advisory Services, Shared Services, Contact Centers, Capital and Real Estate Transformation, Geographic Expansion Optimization, and Enterprise Sustainability.
 
We improve the success of outsourcing and off shoring initiatives through managing service providers from selection through to implementation and monitoring.  We assist clients develop a wide range of Shared Services organizations and improves back–office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes.  We establish and improve the operating performance of in–sourced and outsourced contact centers.  We maximize the value of our clients' real estate portfolios and improve the performance of clients' real estate operations and we assist our clients in determining which geographies are optimum for operations or market expansion.

We work closely with our clients to help to them develop a holistic and high–impact strategy that leverages sustainability as a way to unlock value throughout all areas of an organization. Enterprise Sustainability offers an opportunity to work across many functions of an organization to position our clients to compete effectively in a complex and changing business environment.
 
·         Experience in carbon emissions management through measurement, analysis, and reduction, including deep expertise in carbon footprinting with a practical knowledge with existing and new protocols
·         5+ years experience developing and implementing alternative/renewable energy strategy
·         5+ years experience with environmental planning and policy
·         5+ years experience in corporate energy management, energy procurement, energy efficiency and/or demand reduction/demand response
·         Understanding of water and other natural resources as inputs to supply chain, and the strategy behind conservation and resource efficiency
·         Experience in environmental baseline assessments, sustainability planning and/or sustainability program management.
·         Develop innovative thought leadership and contribute to the creation of points of view on new client sustainability offerings and insights.
·         Experience in sustainability and/or environmental consulting, with significant experience assessing environmental and economic factors to develop business cases and new business strategies.
·         Experience leading environmental engineering, footprint, sustainability or policy initiatives, with a comprehensive technical understanding of the issues involved.
·         Experience in developing environmental and social strategic initiatives.
·         Business awareness of cost and carbon savings related to investments.
·         Knowledge of social, ethical and environmental risks and opportunities within industries.
 
Extensive travel up to 80%
  • Specialist Master will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies.
  • Specialist Master level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. 
  • Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day–to–day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. 
  • Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
  • A minimum of 6 years consulting and/or industry experience is required.
In addition, successful Specialist Master will also have the following preferred skills:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff
  • Strong presentation skills
