Location: Based in Belo sur Mer (Menabe region), Madagascar

Summary job description

Belo Sur Mer is an established site with fisheries, reproductive health and aquaculture programmes. The Belo Sur Mer Site Manager will be line managed by the Madagascar Country Coordinator while working closely with national-level programme managers and technical leads. The role will involve a strong field presence and the line management of three site-based programme coordinators overseeing projects relating to health, community-based aquaculture, and community-based mangrove management. The site manager will also be expected to travel to the regional city of Morondava on a twice-monthly basis to liaise with NGOs, government bodies and private sector actors.
