My client is a wind developer in Thailand expanding its reach and creating an example of sustainable development.

Responsibilities:
- Site HSE Manager should provide guidance and support to the Project Leadership Team on all Health, Safety and Environment matters. 
- Site HSE Manager should ensure the operation's compliance to the Health, Safety and Environmental legislation requirements of Thailand. Site HSE Manager should ensure safe system of work implemented.
- Site HSE Manager should review and update HSE documents and procedures. Site HSE Manager should provide HSE training programs in line with department requirements and leadership to the HSE resources at the operations site.

Core Requirements:
- Site HSE Manager must have 10+ years related experience and have the ability to interact with and effectively communicate at all levels of management (written and oral). Site HSE Manager must be a local Thai and must have detailed knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety regulations, technical knowledge of operations, emission control technologies, etc. for heavy industrial industry.
- Site HSE Manager must be able to hear adequately in order to work safely in a construction environment. Site HSE Manager must be able to work in and around wind turbine projects which is a very demanding occupation. Site HSE Manager must be able to perform the following. -Climb tower ladders up to 300’ in height. -Lift up to 75lbs.
