Thailand has increased its commitment to solar energy investments by 50 percent, pledging to get 25 percent of the country’s total energy demand from renewable sources. My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy serving the solar energy sector and aims to contribute in Thailand's goal to scale the solar energy output.

Responsibilities:
- Site Construction-Manager will be responsible for the entire oversight for the construction of a utility scale solar energy project in Thailand. Site Construction Manager will supervise and coordinate all site activities ensuring that projects are executed in accordance to the company’s specifications. 
- Site Construction Manager will oversee all work performed by sub-contractors, attend subcontractor meeting and review and manage HSE plans. 
- Site Construction Manager will provide support to engineering teams during planning phase, manage construction schedules and provide updates to project owner.

Core Requirements:
- Site Construction Manager must have 15 years of experience in a similar role within the solar construction industry. Site Construction Manager must be a local Thai. Site Construction Manager must have strong management and leadership skills. Site Construction Manager must have previous experience of working for a solar EPC or general contractor.
- Site Construction Manager must have an ability to work towards and meet strict deadlines. Site Construction Manager must have an ability to communicate across all levels of an organization. Site Construction Manager must have an excellent health and safety record.
