We provide an ethical service to our clients and are renowned for achieving sensitive and sustainable balance between the needs of wildlife, the environment and man.

Our Resolved Renewables business has been specifically set up develop renewable energy sites. As a result of the success of this business, we require a highly motivated and high achieving Site Acquisition Manager to manage the site finding process to secure agreements on 100 renewable energy sites per annum.

The successful candidate will:
• Manage the site finding process and team of four renewable energy consultants 

• Manage the necessary sales and marketing activity

• Manage the feasibility process for each of the different technologies to make an assessment of each site to decide if it is viable
• Manage the results of the feasibility process efficiently and effectively and clearly communicate these within Resolved Renewables and our development partners
• Secure Heads of Terms for the development sites 
• Personally visit each viable site and negotiate and progress to a point where our legal team can prepare and implement Option Agreements
• Ensure efficient and effective handover of sites with Option Agreements to ADAS’s EIA and Planning team

Our Requirements
You will have

• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the process of finding and securing land for development (preferably in the renewable energy field) in a commercial environment
• Sound experience in and understanding of the renewable energy technologies of wind, solar photo-voltaic and anaerobic digestion
• Sound experience in and understanding of the sales management process and successful track record of personal sales
• Experience of appointing and managing subcontractors, suppliers and their costs
• Good understanding of the farming and rural landowning interests and ability to communicate with same
• Excellent organisational and teamworking skills, including the ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing 
• Excellent commercial awareness
• A full driving licence
