We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual, with substantial practical experience, to take a strategic lead on developing and maintaining our 37 acre site and community buildings, keeping Bath City Farm a safe, tidy and welcoming place for all. The successful candidate will play an integral part in shaping the Farm’s future direction and Health and Safety policy, and in the management of staff and volunteers. Excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to animal welfare, and an enthusiasm for protecting the environment will all be essential in this role.

Salary: £24,200 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 30 hours per week across 4 days (with the potential for regular overtime)
Contract: 1 year Fixed Term (renewable subject to funding)

The post holder will be subject to an enhanced DBS check
