Salary: £19,418.76 per annum

BTCV is the UK’s leading practical conservation charity working with people from all sectors of the community in positive action to improve the environment.

An enthusiastic individual is required to join an existing team working with young people across Shropshire with a focus on Telford. Recruiting, supporting and advising young people to develop youth provision in the area. Experience of working in and developing partnerships. You will be providing environmental activities, working and linking with local landowners. You will train young individuals with formal and non formal accreditation. An ability to monitor progress, to ensure contract targets are met and produce timely, accurate management information reports. Experience of working with and managing difficult client groups is essential

A full driving licence is required as the post holder has use of a company minibus.

This post is to cover maternity leave and will initially be for 10 months.

35 hours per week
