Make the most of your coordination, community and science skills to deliver tangible coastal conservation outcomes for birds and their habitats. We are looking for a Project Coordinator with a diverse set of skills to coordinate the adaptive development and delivery of Green Adelaide’s ‘Sharing our Shores with Coastal Wildlife’ project. Key initiatives of the project are to coordinate strategic efforts across agencies, local government, community and industry to better conserve and protect threatened shorebirds and seabirds and priority coastal habitats of Adelaide and its surrounds including the Fleurieu Peninsula and Gulf St Vincent. The Sharing our Shores with Coastal Wildlife Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordination and evidence-based guidance of key stakeholders, partner organisations and community groups, report writing, volunteer coordination and management, stakeholder engagement and education, and contract delivery and management. You will do this by:
Status and RemunerationThis position is offered either as a part-time (0.8FTE) 4 days per week or full-time (1FTE) 5 days per week. This position is based in Adelaide or surrounds on a 12 month contract. Part-time salary is $57,288 (pro rata of $71,610) or Full-time salary is $71,610 per annum plus 10% superannuation.
