If so, we could have just the job for you. Vestas Southern Europe SSC is looking for a professional experienced in Shared Service Centers to join our team in Madrid.
Vestas Southern Europe SSC provides services to different Vestas Business Units, Vestas Mediterranean, Nacelles, Blades, Control Systems and Spare parts. Mediterranean (MED) is an independent Sales Business Unit (SBU) within Vestas Wind Systems A/S, covering markets in the Mediterranean region, the Middle East, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Northwest Africa. Vestas MED is responsible for developing these markets in terms of sales, project installation, and customer service. The fields covered by this entity are People & Culture (Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits and Payroll), Finance and IT. On a Geographical perspective it covers all the Mediterranean Rim and LATAM.
Responsibilities and tasks
 
The position reports directly to the Head of Regional Shared Service Centre of the Vestas Southern Europe Shared Service Centre. In this position you will:
• Procurement of P&C service requests
• Manage team of contact center generalists and site administrators
• Provide direction on workload priorities
• Support to master data
• Course administration within learning function
• Support to recruitment
• Administrative tasks
• Accurately document customer requests
• Provide accurate direction and/or resolution to customer inquiries
• Process specific P&C transactions
• Provide effective and timely communication with shared service center customers
• Administration of SOP and Knowledge Base

Qualifications and work experience

 

We are looking for a professional who has:

• Shared Service Center and call center management skills
• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
• Understanding and experience with working within Service Level Agreements and/or Key Performance Indicators
• Process oriented – expertise in documentation
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Identify and suggest process improvement
• Time Management skills
• Detail focused
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
• HR generalist experience a plus
• Advanced computer skills
