Our Services Delivery Team works directly with consumers and community groups to approve offers and payments of grant funding for measures such as solar panels. Managing the team's day-to-day workload, you'll make sure our grant administration service runs smoothly and provide up to date performance reporting. You'll be liaising regularly with our Services Delivery teams in London and Wales to ensure a consistency of approach across all grant services for the organisation.
This is an ideal role for a process-driven professional, who has experience of managing and developing a customer services team. Excellent customer focus, an eye for detail and well developed communication skills will be the key to success, ideally supported by a working knowledge of energy efficiency and micro generation technologies.
