The Company

Parity Projects has been at the forefront of energy efficiency advice for over 15 years and continues to innovate in response to the urgency of the climate crisis and homeowner uncertainty of who to trust.

Our mission is to provide every home with a retrofit plan they can trust and that meets their needs. We’ve advised over 2 million homeowners to date, mainly landlords, and want to go further, faster.

We are looking for a new team member to support our Head of Service with a range of technical, analytical and creative tasks. You will support the delivery and optimisation of an end-to-end consumer journey that takes homeowners from uncertainty, through expert advice, to the delivery of comfortable and decarbonised homes.  This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively with partners, If you bring experience of working or volunteering in the energy efficiency sector then that is very welcome, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the Customer Journey documentation to ensure relationships and responsibilities are clear.
  • Monitor orders through our different sales platforms and partners.
  • Systems housework – regular auditing to check for errors and issues and working with colleagues to resolve issues and ensure prompt order processing.
  • Processing orders for certain services
  • Resolving customer and partner queries in a timely and positive manner
  • Monitor customer queries and feedback to identify the potential service improvements, and share those with the project team
  • Liaise with advice and installer partners to meet information requirements, report against Service Level Agreements, and identify any issues at an early stage.
  • Support tasks for the Head of Service Delivery and Service Owner
  • Undertake customer and market research as required to inform service development and delivery.
  • Highly organised, including contract or project management tasks or roles
  • Service driven, with experience of project or service delivery in a B2C market
  • A clear and persuasive communicator – you will be a central point of contact for the project team, our suppliers and – at times – our customers
  • Creative thinking – whether it’s problem-solving or idea generation for promotional campaigns, we want to hear your ideas.
  • Comfortable working remotely using a variety of cloud-based software solutions

SKILLS

If you believe you meet the criteria, then you would love to hear from you. If you believe you would add value to our organisation but don’t meet all the criteria we have laid out in this advert, then we would still love to hear from you – above all we try to recruit enthusiastic and capable individuals. Please explain the value you would bring in your application.

Application process

We are looking to recruit as soon as possible: early applications are encouraged as we reserve the right to take on a good candidate before that date should one apply.

Instructions: Applications to be made via this link by 5pm, 29th January 2024.
