You’ll be assisting the Service Delivery Manager in managing the relationship and account between the Supporter Care team and internal customers and suppliers, most notably other Fundraising teams and outsourcing agencies. You’ll need to have excellent interpersonal skills to maintain clear channels of communication. You’ll help to monitor issues, identify and resolve problems affecting service delivery to supporters and ultimately achieve internal customer satisfaction. To do this you’ll need exceptional attention to detail, an understanding of campaigns and fundraising and strong organisational skills. You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities and experience of working to deadlines and remain calm under pressure. Additional Information Salary: £21,010 to £22,323 per annum Applications |
