Senior wind Project Manager (renewable energy space), Spain

My client is a is are large energy company, which produces electric power by means of renewable energy sources. They are one of the leading companies in the sector in Spain and are in eight countries globally. They are now looking to recruit a senior project manager for the renewable (wind) energy space.

Responsibilities:-

• Evaluating the market, business, and investment opportunities in Europe
• Developing new business relationships and managed the relationships with existing business partners
• Liaising  with the relevant financial institutions

• Negotiating with the relevant parties for business contracts and completing and finalising approved contracts.
• Prepare project feasibility studies and perform due diligence on potential wind power projects acquisitions
• Supervise all project development, financing, construction, and commercialization.

• Supervise all outsourced services and service providers such as legal, financial, and operational

Requirements:-

• At least 3-5 years relevant work experience in the Wind industry
• Strong educational background in Engineering (preferred) or relevant to the wind industry
• Must have excellent Spanish language skill(French, German, Italian and/or English beneficial)
• Must have a strong technical understanding of wind projects
• Proven track record within this area
