Major Duties

DNV Renewables (USA) Inc. is seeking a Senior Due Diligence Consultant for our Seattle, Houston, or Boston offices. This position supports the Due Diligence team’s broad range of activities, with a focus on providing independent engineering reports to clients for evaluating acquisitions of, or investments in, utility-scale wind power projects.

Primary activities include project management; critical review of technical reports, contracts, agreements, and financial models; risk assessment; and risk mitigation. The position requires substantial coordination of work with other groups both internal and external to DNV, and the ability to independently assess the work of others. Activities will include writing reports and giving presentations to clients, owners, lenders, and equity investors as well as at industry conferences.

If you have six years of related work experience and are passionate about renewable energy, then we would like to hear from you!
