Description

Senior Wayleave Officers
Work with the best, become a Senior Wayleave Officer with ADAS UK Ltd

Salary: Senior Wayleave Officer £32,118
Potentially 2 posts
Based in North East

Winners of the “Best Environmental Consultancy to Work for”, ADAS UK Ltd have potential vacancies for Wayleave Officers to work within an expanding sector or our business. There is an urgent need for electricity companies to upgrade their overhead networks and provide the infrastructure and connections needed for the increasing amount of power from renewable sources. Wayleave Officers will play a vital role in this, securing the consents for access, arranging Wayleave Agreements and Easements and liaising with statutory and non-statutory consultants. We need experienced staff to join our team who, in addition to having a rural background and sound technical knowledge are good negotiators and driven by results.

For the post you should have full knowledge of relevant legislation and have a significant amount of experience in relation to Form B/section 37 applications, 2009 exemption notices, arranging Wayleave Agreements and Deeds of Easement and arranging the purchase or leasing of land for operational purposes. Also a full UK driving licence is required and Associate Membership of the RICS would be an advantage, but is not essential.

ADAS UK Ltd is one of the largest providers of consultancy and research to the agricultural, food and environmental industries throughout the UK, our strength lies in our ability to provide clients with science based solutions through an unparalleled breadth of objective, topical, information, advice and implementation services.
