Senior Tutor (Senior Team Member)

Due to extensive refurbishment at FSC Nettlecombe Court we are currently looking to recruit Education staff to help develop, plan and deliver ‘out-of-classroom learning’ activities to a wide ranging audience alongside our already existing team. Whilst engaging and enthusing students to assist the FSC achieve its goal of ‘Bringing Environmental Understanding to All though first-hand experience’ you will be expected to lead groups of all abilities in the natural environment with the ability to provide an appropriate standard of care for our learners. You will be expected to provide effective leadership in relation to one or more of the following areas; Geography Teaching, Systems & Procedures, Health & Safety, Compliance or Physical Resources.   

Previous experience of developing and delivering outstanding learning is essential, as is knowledge of the National Curriculum and a degree in Geography, Biology, or closely allied discipline.

Salary Range: £18,397 - £20,994 per annum
