The duties of this role will include: • Lead the planning, design, development and implementation of projects from within the sustainable solutions business group • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Clients • Lead the business in two or three specialist areas of sustainability assessment and management • Maintain a strong customer driven work ethic in URS New Zealand • Minimise and mitigate business and project risks to URS New Zealand • Identify, pursue and win profitable revenue opportunities • Ensure the delivery of quality professional services and deliverables by URS teams • Assist in ensuring that target levels of utilisation are achieved • Provide technical support and mentoring to existing staff • Maintain a high local and national profile.
