Senior Solar PV Business Analysis Manager, Shanghai, China

My client is one of the top three solar product manufacturers manufacturing ingot, wafer, solar cell and solar module products, with distribution channels spanning across North America, Europe and Asia. They are now looking to recruit a senior business analysis manager to join their global project development team.  

Responsibilities:-

• Assist in the deal acquisition, transaction, due diligence and offer negotiations processes
• Prepare the regular business performance report/analysis
• Prepare the financial forecast, budgeting & strategic planning
• Prepare the feasibility analysis for the new capital expenditure & cost control
• Assist in performing the feasibility analysis for new projects/development
• Initiate budget planning per Company request with regional directors
• Budget planning training with regional team
• Regular budget review and control (warnings and actions)
• Set up P&L system for each project and update regularly
• P&L review with regional team
• Regular reporting to Operation director of the findings and proposals

Requirements:-

• You will have at least 3 years of experience, with an excellent track record in budgeting and accounting
• Fluent English and Mandarin
• Must have strong educational background (Finance related degree)

• 3+ years working experience
• Familiar with Investment finance/Corporate finance
• PV Industry background is preferred
• Fluent English
