Job title - Senior Project Officer. Based in Bridgend.

The Family Employment Initiative is an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in engaging and supporting local people to improve their personal circumstances and local area.

Working in Partnership with Communities 1st, Valleys 2 Coast and Bridgend County Borough Council, the project a precursor to training and employment provides a programme of engagement designed to create supported pathways for individuals and families in targeted areas using many different techniques.

You will manage a variety of projects including health, informal training and employment, promote BTCV's strategy for improving sustainability through the FEI project and line manage a team of staff and volunteers.

You should possess excellent communication & organisational skills and have experience of managing, staff, budgets & resources. You should be experienced in achieving funders targets & managing Health & Safety.

Fixed contract to March 2012
