Senior Project Manager Industry & Energy

Job description

• Build successful and sustainable relationships with existing and new clients;
• High degree of independence and entrepreneurship
• Overall responsibility for the engineering, procurement and construction of projects;
• Identify the major challenges of the project and provide a definitive strategy to meet the project objectives and control the risks;
• Develop and finalize the Project Execution Plan including a project organization.
• Establish and maintain effective communication between the Client, the Company Project Team, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Direct, monitor and control all project activities including schedules, budget and the negotiation of change orders.
• Trend and progress reporting to the client and management

Profile

• Team worker;
• Good social and communication skills;
• Enthusiastic and motivated, good commercial skills and awareness of customer needs;
• Required languages English and Dutch, additional languages is a strong advantage;
• Achieves results based on sound technical background;
• Willingness to travel is an advantage;
• TU/HBO level education preferably Chemical or Mechanical;
• Ten to fifteen years relevant experience in the process industry; international experience is an advantage.
