Senior Project Manager - Site Assessment

The Toronto office is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the design and operation of in situ remediation systems. The position will involve:

• management of complex Phase II environmental site assessments and remediations, including completion of Records of Site Condition;
• completing remedial options assessments, designing, costing and implementing remedial action plans;
• designing, costing and implementing in situ and ex situ remediations for a variety of contaminants;
• providing QA/QC and senior review of technical reports and proposals;
• preparing proposals, developing new business and maintaining existing clients;
• provision of technical expertise, supervision and training of junior personnel;
• administration of projects including invoicing, budget tracking and scheduling;
• participate in research and development initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years experience in the environmental consulting industry, P.Eng. or P.Geo. designation, a strong technical background, knowledge of environmental regulations and excellent communication skills. Candidates must have experience in the management, operation and maintenance of complex remediation systems including pump-and-treat, three-phase extraction, air sparging, bioventing, chemical oxidation and all types of bioremediation.
