Description

 

PECI is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support a multi-state residential program. The goal of the program is to achieve sustainable energy savings through implementing energy savings measures on residential products within the retail channel. The individual who fills this role will perform a range of tasks including working closely with core team and cross functional team members to create qualitative, quantitative, accurate high quality deliverables including: measure analysis and strategic recommendations; market  research on emerging technologies; database design and maintenance; budget management; program implementation; and persuasive presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

 

Ideal candidates would have a minimum of four years in the energy efficiency or retail industry, informal and/or formal experience leading a team, ability to present technical information in an accessible manner and extensive experience managing multiple, high-quality deliverables on tight deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with program management to develop and implement program improvements and direction
  • Lead integration of team documentation into a CRM database
  • Track strategic plan including project budgets and timelines
  • Analyze and report on program performance
  • Independently prepare client deliverables with management oversight
  • Identify barriers to program participation and offer solutions
  • Work within the larger residential team to assure successful completion of program goals
  • Develop processes and ensure documentation of all processes within the Retail Channel  
  • Positively contribute to team efficiencies, ideas and functioning 
  • System evaluation and improvements

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years of experience in an administrative, coordination or support role
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Expertise with Excel and advanced spreadsheet functions
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint & Access)
  • Knowledge of data management tools and databases a plus
  • Demonstrated comfort level with highly technical concepts and quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Creation and management of databases
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Self starter who loves to learn and continuously seeks new knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and issue resolution skills
  • Flexibility to work with a variety of team members and dynamic project demands
  • Takes initiative to move tasks towards completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
