The Fairtrade Forum & Exhibition – to be held at the end of November in Accra, Ghana – will be a platform for
interaction between producers and traders. The Forum consists of two events – the Fairtrade Africa
conference (2 days), where Fairtrade stakeholders and other partners discuss how to improve livelihoods of
producers in Africa, and the Members Meeting (1 day). During these three days an exhibition will take place
simultaneously to build relations between producers and traders or other potential partners.
The Senior Project Coordinator will provide support by ensuring a successful pre-event, event and post-event
closure for both the Forum and the exhibition. The Consultant is expected to be resident and based in Nairobi,
Kenya, and will closely work together with the Events Manager based in Accra, Ghana.
