PECI is a leading national energy efficiency company focused on delivering innovative design and program services to the nation’s utility companies and home owners.

PECI is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Assistant. This position will be part of the Residential Practice team, implementing and administering the PacifiCorp Home Energy Savings Program. This Program is a complex, residential energy efficiency program operating in five western states. The Senior Project Assistant will perform a range of tasks including preparing reporting, quality control numbers and data, assist with identifying, documenting and implementing process improvements, as well as coordinating with team members. This candidate must be able to deliver results under tight timelines and in a fluid environment with shifting priorities.  
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver reporting for internal team and external client
  • Perform weekly quality control reviews for invoicing and data uploads
  • Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure program compliance with contract and tariff requirements
  • Act as primary point of contact for scheduling and calendar maintenance
  • Develop and streamline program process to guarantee timeliness & efficiency
  • Support operations project manager with various administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or coordinator role required
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Ability to evaluate, diagnose and correct data discrepancies
  • Ability to self-direct and take initiative
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to coordinate multiple project stakeholders with diverse roles, skill-sets and incentives towards common goals and timelines
  • Strong planning skills and consistent follow-through
  • Skilled at multi-tasking
