PECI’s Senior Project Assistant will work within the Grocery line of business on the EnergySmart Grocer program. This role is part of a team that last year alone helped grocers reduce energy which resulted in avoiding burning more than 14 million pounds of coal.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of energy efficiency measures to determine qualification for rebates
  • Processing rebate applications accurately and efficiently
  • Providing superior customer service for grocers and installation contractors
  • Data entry of customer and rebate information into program database
  • Assist with program reporting
  • Provide additional administrative support including filing, mailings and other office related tasks 
 
Requirements:
  • Strong Data Entry skills including speed and accuracy
  • Experience resolving client/customer issues in a high volume fulfillment center environment
  • Demonstrated customer support experience (call center experience helpful)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Adept at Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Experience working with proprietary software applications

    • Ability to evaluate, diagnose and correct data discrepancies
    • Ability to use internet effectively as a research tool
