You are:

  • You understand when to listen, how to empathise and when to ask questions that help us and them qualify and quantify the opportunity of working together
  • You know the importance of having a professional and positive attitude, and always see yourself as an important part of a wider team effort
  • You are keen to develop both your effectiveness in this role and your wider career, showing a willingness to take on new tasks and grow as in individual as our business grows
